Rush orders
Less than 4 weeks counts as a rush order. We accept it only if our schedule allows, for an extra 30% of the total.
Portfolio & privacy
Finished designs may appear on our website or social media as portfolio work. We never publish your personal details or the photos you send us.

Payment
Easy, secure payment
After we confirm your details, we email you an invoice. Pay in full in US dollars, using whichever option suits you.
Wise · recommended
Pay by bank transfer to our Wise USD account. The simplest and lowest-fee option from a US bank or Wise. We send you the account details with your invoice.
PayPal · for cards
Prefer to pay by credit or debit card? Use our PayPal invoice. No PayPal account needed for card payments.
We send the invoice after confirming your order. Prices are final, no hidden fees.

Questions
How much does an illustrated wedding invitation cost?
The illustrated web invitation (couple portrait + wedding website, hosted 3 months from delivery) is US$99 for our first 5 couples, then US$149. A couple portrait on its own is US$59. Each pet or child is +US$25.
How do I pay from outside Taiwan?
We email you an invoice in US dollars after confirming your details. We recommend a bank transfer to our Wise account (lowest fees). If you prefer to pay by card, we send a PayPal invoice instead. We start once full payment arrives.
How long does it take?
Usually 4 to 5 weeks. Please contact us at least 2 months before your wedding. Less than 4 weeks is a rush order: +30% of the total, and only if our schedule allows.
How long does the invitation stay online?
Hosting and support are included for 3 months from delivery day. Each extra month is US$20.
What photo should we send?
One favorite photo of the two of you, or 2 or 3 clear front-facing photos of each person plus one together. Send them by email.
Can the invitation be in my language?
Yes. You write the text and details, and we set it up in English, Japanese, Spanish or Chinese. The design stays the same.
Do you ship printed items abroad?
No. For couples outside Taiwan we only make digital items: the couple portrait and the web invitation.
Will our invitation show up on Google?
No. Each invitation has a private link that search engines don't index. Only people with the link can open it.
Do you work with same-sex couples?
Yes. Every couple is welcome.
Will you share our design?
